I had an initial conversation with Binod and highlighted what would best suit for England segment of the market and be a better product to test market penetration. Below are some of my initial questions: How much initial investment is required? What is the project timeline? How the company will be structured/restructured and what are the key roles? As we differentiate the product by personalisation what value it will add to customer experience so they choose to pay instead of using free resources? Revenue model: What would be pricing strategy? How many B2b b2c customers are needed to break even? Other: Are there any know known risks? Any legal barriers in the UK? How will IP be managed and protected? And lastly How to exit the company? As I said before I have had a brief conversation with Binod around some of this and expressed my Ideas. I will be more than happy to work together on finding the answers to these and any other questions by other members together.
